1. I need help concerning an issue with the electric bike that I purchased. It’s only about 2 weeks old. When it drops to the 3rd bar it’s like it drops to no charge. Could you possibly help me out as in what we should do? I’ve tried to email a couple of times, but it would alway be returned as undelivered.

      We Answered your emails twice and asked for proof of purchase and shipping address.
      Yes, this sounds like a battery issue and a battery replacement should resolve your problem.
