I need help concerning an issue with the electric bike that I purchased. It’s only about 2 weeks old. When it drops to the 3rd bar it’s like it drops to no charge. Could you possibly help me out as in what we should do? I’ve tried to email a couple of times, but it would alway be returned as undelivered.

Yes, this sounds like a battery issue and a battery replacement should resolve your problem.

Hi my name is Schandee(Sh on dee) Decker, I bought a Massimo Mgc E-trike, Arctic Lime E 56080075, from Tractor Supply on August 7, 2024. Sku:2297095. I need batteries changed and an owners manual. Since I can’t get to Texas from New York for repairs. Can you send me a guide, to get it fixed. I may have loose wires on the inside. The battery tries to charge but can’t. We replaced the fuse and my son, who is a bike owner, was amazed it ran. He said the negatives are connected to the negatives and the positives are connected to the positives. Can you please help me get info? I still owe 1700 on it and I can’t afford the cost this is creating but I need my etrike which I love. Thank you
